Workshop Schedule

Workshop 1  25th September  |  10 am – 12:30 pm

The Benefits of Personalized Learning through Digital Resources

All students have unique strengths, experiences and interests. Personalized Learning conceptualized as tailoring learning experiences to meet individual students need and interest. Fortunately recent developments in educational technology support personalized learning. Besides learning to read might be challenging when English is a second language. In this section will collaborate and reflect on how teachers support flexible class, small groups and making reading practice more accessible and personalized.

Personalized instruction will help to empower your teaching and support all students while addressing specific skills, like literacy, language arts and reading.

Workshop helps address issues below:

  • How does a learner participate in their learning?
  • How are objectives determined for the learner?
  • How do we determine the learner’s need?
  • Would you like to enrich your online resources to better facilitate reading instructions?

Bring back after the workshop:

Workshop 2  25th September  |  2 pm – 4:30 pm
