1. What age is Astro Coding Go! suitable for?
It provides entry-level block programming and JavaScript training for students aged 6-12.
2. How is the curriculum structured?
The curriculum consists of three block programming courses and two JavaScript courses. The block programming course has 24 missions to apply various concepts such as ‘sequence’ and ‘repetition’, while the two JavaScript courses consist of 12 missions that teach advanced concepts such as ‘functions’ and ‘arrays’. These courses and missions can be individually assigned according to the needs of the student. The total learning time is approximately 88 hours, excluding the time students spend creating their own games using the Builder tool.
3. Are there any tools that allow students to apply what they have learnt themselves?
After building their skills in the ‘Astro Coding Go!’ missions, students can use the ‘Game Creation’ tool to create their own games. In ‘Create Game’, students have more than 2,000 materials at their disposal, including the characters from Go Astro Boy Go!
